Leadership Competency Assessment

We utilize a variety of tools and approaches to gather data about how others experience the leadership capabilities of the executive / manager.  Depending upon the nature of the assignment, we will gather data via in depth interviews with selected observers or use a highly reliable 360°instrument.

The 360° data, gathered through interviews or instruments, results in robust feedback to the executive about his/her leadership impact with key stakeholders and provides a powerful vehicle for enhancing self awareness.  It is through this compelling insight that the executive can be very focused in his / her development agenda.
